| A four-person team is responsible for managing the operation of the race team. The management team includes Dave Martin, Director; Shaun Martin, Team Manager; Mark Maness, Team Technician; and Grant Smith, Team Parts & Equipment Manager. In addition, team PR is handled by Jim Shelby of JCS International, Honda of Houston's advertising agency.
