"Honda of Houston now has a new loyal customer. I recently purchased a Shadow Spirit VT750C2 from this dealer after looking for several weeks both online and in person. I was impressed with how quickly I was contacted after filling out an online price quote request. The price was fair and I went to Honda of Houston the same day. Salesman was expremely knowledgable about the product and they a great selection. The bike I wanted in the color I wanted was there. Next the financial manager was no nonsense and got the deal done. They even delivered the bike to my home since it was raining hard that day. Great place to buy a bike and I'm betting the service will be the same experience. I did buy a few side items and felt the staff knew exactly what I was looking for. Honda of Houston........you guys made buying my bike a great experience!!!"

"Thanks Mark and Dan in the service dept. About three weeks or so ago, my brake light actuator switch had gone out. Brought it in to the service dept just to see what repairing it would entail, ie time, cost, etc. It was about 10 minutes before the shop closed, so I didn't expect anything to be done right then - just checking on the problem, price, etc. Dan was in the service dept office about ready to go home. He looked at the Wing, found the problem said, " Oh this is very serious and extremely expensive" and disappeared into the shop with my bike. Now it's 5 minutes before quitting time. In about 10 minutes Dan is back with my bike - the problem (the switch) has been replaced and Mark shows me that I have some kind of extended warranty or something and there is no charge - here are your keys - ride safe. The truth is, it took me longer to write this paragraph than it did for your service dept. to have my Wing looked at, diagnosed, and repaired. That is just another reason I use and recommend Honda of Houston.

"Kudos again to your service dept. Austin, Mark, Chris, Dan, John Mick, etc. Walked in the service dept., was immediately greeted by Chris & Mark. "Hey Mr. Hampe, good to see you - How can we help you? Told them what I needed - low beam headlights needed replacing - they took my keys-I went into the showroom-visited with customers and staff for about 20 minutes or less, here comes Mark with my bill saying my repairs were finished. Very impressed with the quick turn-around and lower than expected price, I asked where my bike was & was told that Mick was washing it for me. I didn't ask for it to be cleaned, although it needed it - just another reason and perk for using Honda of Houston. After washing my bike, Mick said if I wasn't in a hurry, he would like to put a little wax on the bike. Looked great! Good job. This is just one of the many, many reasons I continue to use and highly recommend Honda of Houston. I am immediately greeted when I walk in the store (reminds me of CHEERS), by friendly, courteous staff. The work done on my bike is always done right the first time and the prices are always fair or better.
Again, kudos to the service dept.

"The guys at Honda of Houston (Johny & Kerry imparticular) made Cher and my experience awesome!! They know their stuff and were very happy to answer questions and NOT in a hurry. They seem to really care about us and what we wanted and made sure we got it!! We bought 1 Ruckus scooter and found that two were better so we went back the next day and bought abother one! Now we ride together, and are having a BLAST! We will definatley shop here in the future and I will refer others to this wonderful dealership!

"Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents worth about how Cody (sales) and my new VTX 1300R. When I went in a week after Thanksgiving with my wife, I was just looking. Frustrated that I had been with out a ride in over two years, I felt that my time was due. I was even more surprised when my wife joined in and said (really gave permission-after 28 years I know the difference) sure we can go look. Cody ran into us on the show room floor and started up a general conversation. After speaking with us for about 20 minutes, I was on a ride giving it a test ride. I only went back because my wife was there; otherwise, I still might be on the run. After my wife and I agreed that the VTX 1300R would be our bike, I told Cody that the sale wouldn’t be final until after January 1, 2008. Not a problem-she helped us pick out accessories and made some suggestions that now my wife is thrilled we listened to her.
Great dealership and great sales lady.

"I am a repeat costumer my first H.O.H purchase was a 2006 honda shadow 600.My secound is my new VTX 1300 Craig Hasto orderd the one I wanted an even allowed me to see it in the delivery crate.Craig also kept me informed the whole time while my bike was being outfitted with vance and hines big shot pipes,saddle bags,and back-rest.
